Here at Arbi Press Publishers, we are proud to publish talented authors from across the world.
Arbi Press is a subsidiary of Cyberika Corporation, a multi-media company incorporated in the United States and in Nigeria. Arbi Press was founded in 2009 to provide a publishing platform for African authors at home and in diaspora and to produce works that have an Afrocentric audience. The advance in printing technology makes it possible for us to produce both short and long run books. Thus, we are able to publish valuable works that have a very limited audience. Our works distributed in Africa are produced in our state of the art media production center located in Sango, Ogun State, Nigeria. This center is equipped with both digital and offset printing machines from respectable names in the industry such as Heidelberg, Xerox, HP, Challenge, A.B. Dick, etc. No part of our production operations is outsourced. We have in-house pre-press, press and post-press. With over 10 commissioned presses in our location, we work almost at the speed of light for a printing operation. We use computer to plate technology for our offset presses producing the highest quality printing standard. Our books distributed in the United States and Europe are printed by Lightning Source, a division of Ingram Books, a worldwide leader in the book industry.
How We Do It!
We are a traditional book publisher utilizing state of the art technology in publishing, printing and distribution of books. We publish academic, religious and non-fiction books. We are not a subsidy publisher and so we do not charge fees to publish. Manuscripts submitted to us are carefully reviewed and if approved for publication, they undergo our thorough editorial process. Scholarly publications go through a peer review process. Our books are distributed worldwide through Ingram, the world’s biggest book seller. Our books are also available through Amazon.com, Barnes and Nobles, Borders Bookstores, Books A Million, etc. We have also created our own distribution channel in Nigeria, guaranteeing that all books published would be available in all the major cities in Nigeria.
Why We Do It!
Apart from our publishing services, since January 2011, together with our parent company, we have expanded our foothold into other media services such as printing services, internet services and strategic communications. Our printing presses are available to print promotional materials for business, invitations, holiday cards, etc. We also offer VSAT internet services for homes and businesses as well as providing franchise opportunities for internet coffee cafes. We also install and maintain CCTVs (Close Circuit Televisions), VOIPs (Voice Over Internet Protocols for internet telephony) etc. Our strategic communications department handles targeted marketing for businesses, produces promotional videos for companies and political campaigns, writes press releases and provides public relations services to companies. This department also designs search optimized websites for companies and places web ads in other online media.
